The food you eat should be warm ,natural, colourful and easy to digest.Processed foods are harder to digest. Prepare a diet plan according to your body type.Always eat those foods which balance your dominant dosha.Any food that aggravate your dominant dosha should be avoided .. Imbalances in doshas cause body discomfort. Eat lots of anti oxidant rich foods that boost your immunity. Do go for a nadishodan to know your dominant dosha.

3.Drink plenty of water
