Why do I go for a morning walk?







I was never ever be an early riser before. It was some time ago,during a train journey,I came across an Ayurveda article on health benefits of walking.I was greatly inspired.  I started searching more about this physical exercise and  found it really amazing .

 I decided to get set a routine of getting  up  early, at least by six in the morning.
My goal to start the routine was to fight my short temperance. I used to get angry over small issues and remained stressed through out the day.

It was not that easy for me getting up early in the morning.It took me around couple of weeks to set the routine. Later everything turned absolutely fine.

Why a morning walk?
Morning is the best time to do any kind of exercise.During this time the nature is calm,pure,soothing and filled with positive energy. The atmosphere around us has more fresh oxygen.You feel refreshed and energetic.

Walking has lot of health benefits.  .
  • walking is the most ancient physical exercise.It is an exact balance between the spirit and body.
